Individual session
One session is 50 minutes: Online: 12 00 SEK / 110 EUR. Flexible and focused support is ideal if you prefer to book one session at a time.
5 sessions: 5 500 SEK / 505 EUR. Steady support savings included. Payment options; pay in full or split into 2 payments.
10 sessions: 10 500 SEK / 970 EUR. The most recommended path, allowing enough time for deeper exploration, integration and lasting change. Payment options: pay in full, or split into 2 or 3 payments.
In-person sessions (50 min, Stockholm) 1300 SEK

Couples therapy
One session is 75 minutes: Online session: 1650 SEK / 150 EUR.

Coaching
10-15 sessions is recommended for sustainable progress and meaningful transformation. Payment plan is available.

Reduced price for students, unemployed and those on sick leave

Pro-bono program
I offer therapy online on a pro bono basis for clients who lack the necessary financial means. If you need someone to talk to but currently cannot afford the hourly rates, consider applying to be considered for the pro bono program. Pro bono therapy simply means therapy free of charge. As in, ’talking to a therapist for free.’ Fill out the contact form and describe your situation. Please also write a few lines about your financial situation, for example if you receive social assistance, etc.
I reserve two sessions per week for pro bono therapy. All pro bono sessions are held online and last 30–35 minutes
Cancellation policy
If you cancel at least 48 hours before the appointment, there is no charge. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment, the full fee will be charged. Please note that regardless of the reason, the full amount will be charged if you cancel later than 48 hours before the appointment. Same applies to no-shows.
Confidentiality policy
Privacy is important to us. All information you share, whether via email, phone, or during therapy, is strictly confidential and protected under applicable laws and guidelines. We do not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except in cases where we are legally obligated to do so, such as in situations involving threats of serious harm to yourself or others.
I am a member of the Psychosynthesis Association and have liability insurance.
