I’ve felt at home all over the world, yet with a nagging feeling of not truly belonging to any particular place or group. This persistent feeling, which emerged during my teenage years, has been the result of my experiences with in-betweenness (my translation of the Swedish term mellanförskap) as a bicultural and third culture kid. The question of where I truly come from and who I really am has led me on a personal therapeutic journey for many years.
This existential search has often been painful. However, I now feel less pain and more curiosity and joy about the gifts that in-betweenness has given me. It has broadened my ability to embrace different perspectives and to meet people with openness, regardless of their background, right where they are.

“I am not what happened to me,
I am what I choose to become.”
I am a certified therapist with a foundation in integrative psychotherapy, specializing in psychosynthesis. I’ve over 10 years of experience in occupational health, working in both government roles and corporate health environments.
I’m trained in trauma management, compassion-focused therapy, mindfulness, Non-Violent Communication, and coaching. I work with evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and ACT, alongside somatic and body-based methods.
I am also trained in strategic communication and PR. I regularly engage in supervision and deepen my expertise through various courses and workshops related to my field. Confidentiality and consent are paramount in my practice, and I am fully insured and a proud member of the Psychosynthesis Association.
I work on your terms
I offer therapy online (video) and in-person in Stockholm. This means you can access me from anywhere in the world, or meet me face-to-face if you’re local.
Flexibility that fits your life
Sessions are typically 50-60 minutes. We usually start weekly, then adjust based on your needs and progress. Some people work with me for a few months, others for years. It depends on what you’re working through.
My approach
As an integrative therapist, I draw from multiple modalities including CBT, ACT, DBT, Psychosynthesis, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing, and breathwork. I combine talk therapy with body-based work because lasting change requires both – your survival patterns aren’t just in your mind, they’re in your nervous system.
I tailor each session to your unique needs, strengths, and challenges. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, navigate your feelings, and live with more presence and authenticity.
What to expect
In our first session, I’ll ask what brought you here and what you want to change. We’ll talk about your patterns and create a plan for our work together. In ongoing sessions, we’ll check in on your week, work through patterns as they show up, and practice new ways of being. This is practical work – you’ll leave with things to try, not just things to think about.
